This policy describes how True Gamers Morocco (hereinafter "we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data from users of the truegamers.ma website and associated services. It is written in line with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as best practices inspired by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the services you request:

• Identity and contact details (first name, surname, email, phone) when you fill out a contact, birthday or partnership form.
• Booking information transmitted via partner services (external booking flow, IZI app).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, anonymised analytics (Umami).

How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• Reply to your requests (contact, partnership, birthdays, equipment rental).
• Improve the website's user experience and the quality of services offered in arena.
• With your explicit consent, send you news, tournament announcements and promotions.
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

The site uses technical cookies required for its operation (language preference, security). For analytics we use Umami Analytics, a privacy-respecting solution that does not drop advertising tracking cookies and only aggregates anonymous statistics. No third-party advertising cookies are deployed at this time.

Data retention

Your data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purpose of processing, and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention is legally required.
